He has advised throughout an entire business life cycle, providing consulting during entity formation, acquisitions, restructurings, distribution arrangements, and liquidations. His extensive experience and expertise in partnership and REIT taxation, combined with hands-on CFO consulting, have helped clients maximize value and drive sustainable growth.

Beyond his technical work, he prides himself on being an active member of several professional organizations and has contributed to industry publications on topics at the forefront of tax policy and legislation.

Nitin currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and enjoys spending his free time playing tennis when not serving clients.

David Vasandani is a technology and engineering leader with deep experience building the systems companies run on. He has led modernization efforts end to end — rebuilding how software gets released so teams could ship hundreds of updates a month instead of one a week, with less risk and less downtime, while cutting cloud costs by more than 40%.

He works across the full range of the problem, from cloud platforms to the hardware sitting in stores and restaurants, and now focuses on applied AI — building the infrastructure that lets AI agents do real work safely inside a business.

Based in Los Angeles, he is a husband and father of two who spends his off-hours on home projects, arthouse cinema, and building software that makes both work and family life run a little more smoothly.
